1. Eligibility:
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and are legally eligible to own a firearm in their state of residence. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Modern Warriors LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on December 1, 2024, and ends at 3:00 p.m. MST on December 21, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter:
a. Donation Entry: Purchase an MW Ammo Sac during the Promotion Period. Each Ammo Sac purchase counts as one (1) entry into the giveaway. All proceeds from Ammo Sac purchases will be donated to Operation Heroes.
b. Free Entry: To enter without purchase, submit a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to Modern Warriors Giveaway Entry, 144 East 2580 South, St. George, UT 84790. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 19, 2024, and received by December 21, 2024.
All entries, regardless of entry method, must be complete and legible. Limit one (1) entry per Ammo Sac purchased or mailed postcard.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a Cobalt CK-Pro Lite 5.56 14” Pinned Rifle with Magpul Furniture in Custom Rhodesian Arid Cerakote and a Vortex UH-1 (Tan) optic (Approximate Retail Value: $2,779.00). The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize, including firearm transfer fees.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about December 21st, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond in a timely manner or inability to meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Firearm Compliance: The winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the transfer and ownership of firearms. The prize will be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). The winner must complete all necessary background checks and paperwork as required by law. If the winner is unable to legally accept the prize, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries or any technical issues that may arise.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the prize or participation in the Promotion.

9. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Entrants agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
