Form 4473Suppressors
Modern Warriors is now transferring suppressors without requiring a Form 4. Customers must have an active GOA membership to qualify.
Right now, GOA membership is the only membership we're accepting for this program. No other organizations qualify at this time. You'll still need to complete a Form 4473, pass the background check, be at least 21 years old and state resident of UT or TN (depending on location).
This program covers suppressors only. SBRs, SBSs, and any other NFA items still require a traditional ATF Form 4.

Before you Come In
We recommend getting your GOA membership set up ahead of time and bringing proof with you. You’ll need:
An unexpired GOA membership card (or a printed confirmation email from GOA)
Membership information that matches your ID exactly
You'll need to have this ready at the time of purchase. We can't complete the transfer without it.
Once you're here with your membership proof and ID, we'll start with a liability release form that you will need to sign. This is required for every suppressor transfer under this program. We'll give you a copy for your records. Last step is to verify your GOA membership against your ID.
We can still process the Form 4 for suppressors if that is what you would prefer. Our team can explain how each option works, but we're not able to give legal advice on which one would be better for you.
