1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Modern Warriors LLC (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on May 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 18, 2025.

3. How to Enter: Eligible participants may receive an email or access the Franklin Customer Survey through modernwarriors.com/survey or other communication channels. Complete the survey in full to receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing a survey, email your full name, phone number, and mailing address to franklin@modernwarriors.com with the subject line “Franklin Giveaway Entry” during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Live Free Armory Apollo 11 pistol, with all transfer and background check fees covered, total approximate retail value (ARV): $1,000. Prize must be claimed and transferred in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Promotion Administrator from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be announced on June 19, 2025, and notified by email or phone. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within a specified time or the prize may be forfeited.

6. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

7. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Modern Warriors LLC and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Disputes: All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law provisions, and any legal proceedings will take place in Washington County, Utah.

9. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://modernwarriors.com/privacy-policy.
