Meet Sam

Sam has been shooting guns since he was 5 years old. He loved shooting 22s and clay pigeons with his family. His first firearm was a shot gun that later got him into duck hunting. He always enjoyed tinkering and taking apart his different firearms, which ultimately led him to pursue this profession.

Later, he attended Colorado School of Trades in Denver to master his gunsmithing skills--this is where he met our other gunsmith Titus! Following his training, he worked for Fierce Firearms for over two years. During this time he was able to travel to Italy and California to improve his training even further. After meeting his beautiful wife, they made the decision to move to Utah and that is when Sam joined the Modern Warriors team. His favorite part about working at Modern Warriors is the future opportunities and growth that will come from this company.

Meet Titus

About 10 years ago, Titus decided he wanted to better protect his home and family. This lead him to his first firearm purchase, a Springfield XD at .45 ACP (a popular gun for first time buyers). He told us that he has "shot the shit out of that thing". He soon realized his interest in firearms spanned further than just home defense.

Titus decided his life needed a change, and this brought him into the Colorado School of Trades. This is also where he met our other gunsmith, Sam! Following his training, he moved to Las Vegas to work for Wild West Guns. After about a year he was approached by Rifle Dynamics and decided to pursue opportunities with them. He learned quickly, and began taking on more responsibilities with this company. Starting just with simple assembly, he later opened up their custom shop offering various custom paints and builds. Soon after, he started teaching their AK building class--which became very popular, very quickly. We're happy to have him join our gunsmithing team at Modern Warriors and are looking forward to future experiences that Titus and Sam will bring to our store!
