The Prime is Alchemy’s take on John Browning’s most beloved design whose enduring legacy continues to grow after more than a century of service. Arguably the world’s most respected handgun, its impeccable reputation for longevity, versatility and performance remains unmatched to this day. Which is why they packed this pistol with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Alchemy's exclusive Comfort Carry checkering and high cut give you a firm grip on this piece of Americana; while their brushed blued finish reveals the beauty underneath. The Prime is ready to rock right out of the box…are you?
Steeped in tradition, Prime is Master Gunsmith R. Schauland’s archetype of what a full-size 1911 is all about; everything you need and nothing you don’t. Constructed with frames and slides designed by R. Schauland and hand fit to elite gunsmith standards. The embodiment of ergonomics such as the highest grip rise in the industry developed through 30 years of dedication to the art of the custom 1911, Prime is a joy to both hold and behold.
