This item is a Colt M1903 Pocket Hammerless Type 3 semi-auto handgun chambered in .32 ACP with black composite Colt grips. Based on the serial number (146242) and information from Colt’s website, this handgun was manufactured in 1913. It is on consignment from a customer of our shop. Due to the age of this item, it is impossible to determine the number of rounds fired through this handgun. The firearm is in fair to good condition with some very minor signs of pitting and rust on the receiver and slide. This item is being sold “AS-IS” please make sure you ask all questions prior to purchasing. If additional pictures are needed, please send the request to sales@modernwarriors.com. This handgun does NOT come with the original case or owner’s manual, but it does come with a light brown soft case and one correct 8-round magazine.
The M1903 was designed by none other than John M. Browning and is the culmination of a series of pistols launched in 1896. Browning gave Colt the exclusive right to manufacture pistols of his design and market them, not only in the United States, but in Great Britain and Ireland, as well.
