MODERN WARRIORS REWARDS PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The following terms and conditions outline how customers may earn and use points within Modern Warriors' rewards program. By using the rewards program, you acknowledge that you have read through these terms and conditions and agree to accept and follow such terms and conditions.

Minimum order amount is $100 (excluding sales tax and shipping). Customers will earn 2 points per every $100 spent (2% back). Orders less than $100 will not earn points under the rewards program. Each point will be the equivalent of $1 for redemption purposes. Awarded points can be redeemed on any future purchases, (some restrictions may apply when redeeming points). Points do not have monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The points being awarded on purchases are subject to change at any time by Modern Warriors, without prior notice. Points will be awarded based on the subtotal of the items purchased, less any discounts or promotions. Points will not be awarded for sales tax or shipping charges.

Points will not be awarded on orders being paid by gift card. However, points may be used to purchase Modern Warriors gift cards. When using layaway as a payment method, points will only be awarded upon the completion of the layaway obligation. Points cannot be used as payment toward layaway obligations. All purchased NFA items will be award their applicable points after ATF approval of the NFA item and after the customer has taken possession of the NFA item. Points are awarded in whole numbers, rounding down to the nearest point, when purchasing items in store. Points will be awarded in fractional numbers when purchasing goods online. This difference in point calculations may result in an offset of total points between your online account and your in store account.

All refunds or returns will result in a reduction of previously awarded points based on the same ratio as the points were originally awarded. If a customer's point total is zero at the time of a return, the customer point balance will be placed in the negative.
