Refund Policy
What Can I Return?
All sales of firearms, ammunition and NFA Items (suppressors and/or SBRs) are final. These items cannot be returned. Most merchandise purchased from Modern Warriors can be returned within 15 days of purchase/delivery for a full refund. If a firearm cannot be picked up from the transferring FFL dealer, this item may be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. Under this scenario, the customer will be responsible for return freight charges. If the firearm has been transferred under a Form 4473, per ATF regulations, this firearm is now a used item regardless if it has been fired and therefore is no longer returnable. However, under a case-by-case basis, Modern Warriors may allow customers to return "Previously Owned - Unfired" firearms for a restocking fee of 25%.
When will I get my credit or return?
Most returns are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we have received and process the return of merchandise. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. If an item is being returned for a replacement, most in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days after receipt of your returned item. This may take longer depending on availability.
What about damaged/incorrect items?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. We will send you a return shipping label for the return. To request a return authorization, please send an email to: sales@modernwarriors.com.
What about return shipping costs?
If a return is due to our error then we will pay all return shipping costs, otherwise the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If we are replacing a returned and/or a defective or incorrect item, we will ship you a replacement item at no shipping cost. When returning any merchandise, please use a traceable shipment method and insure appropriately.
Firearms Lifetime Guarantee
Modern Warriors does not warranty any firearms or NFA (Class 3) items. Most firearms and NFA (Class 3) items are warranted by the applicable manufacturer for the lifetime of the product. Customer is responsible for checking with the manufacturer for the details of any warranty before purchasing the firearm or NFA (Class 3) item from Modern Warriors.
NFA Refund Policy
Due to the ATF approval process for NFA items, we cannot offer full refunds once the Form 4 process has started. If your application is denied, you will receive either 90% of the item’s total price as store credit or a 75% refund via cash, check, or card. Please note that trusts purchased with NFA items are non-refundable. If a trust was provided free as part of a promotion, your refund will be reduced by an additional $149.00. All tax stamp fees will be fully refunded. The only exception for refunds on NFA items is if the product is damaged during delivery.
