HUXWRX HX-QD 556 Ti

The HX-QD 556 Ti rifle suppressor – with patented and proven Flow-Through® and Torque Lock® technology – is built with a combination of Grade 5 Titanium and 17-4 stainless steel.  It delivers superior accuracy and repeatability, is full-auto rated, and compatible with 5.56 rifles. By directing expanding gas away from the boreline, routing it forward through OSS’s unique Flow-Through coil and deflector design and out the muzzle, sound levels are effectively suppressed at the shooter’s ear, toxic gas blowback and rifle recoil are dramatically reduced, flash is mitigated, and weapon performance is improved.  And unlike other 556 titanium suppressors, the HX-QD 556 Ti has a stainless-steel core that delivers durability that exceeds of 40,000 rounds vs. all-titanium suppressors that last a fraction of that.

Materials & Finish:

Unlike traditional suppressors that trap gas in dead ends, HUXWRX’s Flow-Through® technology redirects and controls expanding gases forward through a serpentine path of nested tubes, allowing us to use 17-4 stainless steel deflectors in the core and Grade 5 and Grade 9 Titanium everywhere else. The result is an extremely durable titanium suppressor. The HX-QD 556 Ti has a fully-welded body coated with C-series high temperature Cerakote®

Sound Pressure Levels:

The HX-QD 556 Ti is the optimal choice for the widest range of 5.56 caliber rifles. Sound pressure levels are measured at the shooter’s ear to comply with current military specifications:
 

• 136 – 141 dB on 14.5” AR15 DI using commercial grade 62 gr ammo
